Russian artist Zorikto has created a large-scale mural on the walls of the "Buryatia" hotel in Ulan-Ude. Now tourists and locals can see it from all points of the capital center of Buryatia.
The enormous graffiti "Native Land melody" by Zorikto Dorzhiev is executed in a national style. The main idea of the artwork is to reflect the beauty and uniqueness of Buryatia. The composition, consisting of two parts, symbolizes the masculine and feminine principles, yin-yang, wherein they interact and complement each other. The feminine part embodies motifs of Buryatia's nature, and the masculine part includes traditional elements of national art. The mural's height is 31 meters.
